My name is Donald Robertson and I’m a UKCP registered psychotherapist, and Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP), with over fifteen years’ experience as a therapist and trainer.  I’m an evidence-based CBT practitioner and the author of many articles and four books about therapy, including The Philosophy of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (2010) and Teach Yourself Resilience (2012).  I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) and have delivered stress management and resilience training to many organisations, ranging from small charities to major corporations.  My work’s been covered in The Telegraph and London Metro newspapers and on BBC Radio London.
